Julianne Griffith, PhD a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Psychiatry in the NIHM T32-funded Clinical Research Training for Psychologists. Dr. Griffith completed her PhD in Clinical-Community Psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and her predoctoral clinical internship at Western Psychiatric Hospital. Her research applies a developmental psychopathology framework to understand how social and emotional factors interplay with one another across adolescence to contribute to risk for psychiatric illness. She is particularly interested in understanding interpersonal factors contributing to disruptions in positive emotions during adolescence.
